This recipe is a winner with the kids and very quick to whip up.
- 5 Springfield eggs
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- ½ cup plain flour
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 3/4 cup diced ham
- ½ cup tasty or parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
- Line or grease a 20cm square oven proof dish
- Add all ingredient together and mix thoroughly
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
